The school hols is here. Time for us to take a breather. Having a short break while doing my packing in class. It will be a NEW year for me. A new class, a new teacher, a new challenge.....Its seems as if only yesterday I got the posting to have this batch of students (J4P). And here I am againg 1 year later preparing for another batch of students.
My comfort zone has been upturned again. Again I am put in a position where I have to undertake new challenges. Honestly, next year will be the biggest challenge. My students next year will be the age 7-8. The cute ones!!!! Everyone seems very positive with me that I can't help being positive bout it too, but as always there will definately be a few wet blankets. Can't let them pull me down. I have soooo many project to look forward too.
Ok enough bout next year, the year is not over. We just had our Prom Night (my Bloody idea!) for our Senior levels. It was awesome! We really thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This years batch of graduates really have a special place in my heart. 5 of them were actually my first batch of senior students that I taught. I had thoroghly enjoyed being thier teacher then. It is really a bittersweet memories for me. Cos at that age when I had them, they were still shy out of junior level. They were mischeivious and fun. Now they've grown so much. I'm really going to miss them. And if I have to leave next year, there will definatley be tears shed........
